World's Favorite Amateur Sleuth - The Championship Round

We've narrowed our field of 64 amateur sleuths down to two. This is your last opportunity to have a say in who the champion is. Voting will take place through Friday, April 8th and a champion will be crowned on Saturday.

Jane Marple or Carter Ross. Female/Male; Traditional/Contemporary; British/American. It's a very distinct match-up. So what say you? Vote!

Harrumph! I think bribes have been paid, ballots have been cast for those long deceased! Recount!

Just kidding. But I am rather amazed at this final two; what a conundrum.

Best wishes at Spinetingler.

I'm not able to cast my vote. I get the info page for Kwiksurvey and not the your vote has been cast page.

It should be fine now. Your vote actually went through it just wasn't set up to show a message. It was going to their URL.

You know how we voted? Are you from Chicago?

Jen Forbus April 5, 2011 10:03 AM

Yes, in my other life...and I had a life in Florida with hanging chads, too! LOL

No, I just tried the voting and saw what you were talking about. Rest assured, I have no idea who voted let alone how they voted. Unless they announced it, of course. :-)

I voted for Miss Marple because I read her years ago. I have never heard of Carter Ross.

Maybe I can find one of these books and enjoy it this weekend.

This is more fun than a government shutdown! Could these sleuths POSSIBLY have any LESS in common? Let me count the ways.
