Round 2: World's Favorite Amateur Sleuth Tournament

The voting is now open for Round 2 of the World's Favorite Amateur Sleuth Tournament. If you need to research a character, links are provided here for each character. Like Round 1, you can vote once, but you can change your votes at any time during the course of the open voting period. All votes are set when voting closes at midnight Eastern on March 19th.

Spread the word and support your favorite sleuths. Good luck to all the contestants!

Drat! All of my favorite women sleuths have vanished into thin air. What will I do? Must do research and try to figure out who these people are, so I can vote.

But my three favorites??? How cruel is life?

Not that we take these quizzes seriously or anything?

Lost several of my favorite women as well, kathy d.! Ah well, other faves are still going strong. ;)

Oh the sadness of it! Seriously, Amelia Peabody vs. Jane Marple?? Alafair Tucker against Benni Harper?? And worst of all, Nancy Drew and Jack Reacher? Those two are a hoot against each other!!

You all are cracking me up! This is a rather interesting round, isn't it? I swear none of it is intentionally's all the luck of the draw. Kay, when I put the winners into the bracket and saw Nancy Drew vs. Jack Reacher I literally laughed out loud. Just the image of it is funny.

I lost some of my favs in the first round, too.

Many of my favorites are still here! Yay.

Nancy Drew vs. Jack Reacher?? Actually, Jen, I'm hereby stealing that for my next plot.

HOWEVER. My dear Charlotte McNally (no tattoos)--versus Lisbeth Salander?

What fun!!

I'm still sulking over losing Hector Lassiter. Got my arms crossed and my bottom lip stuck out far enough to trip over it.

Grump. A LOT of my favorite classic detectives got voted down. On the other hand, there are still a lot of really good amateurs out I'm back voting for mostly-second-favorites. Can't wait to see how the Jack Reacher vs. Nancy Drew plays out...

I'm revoting, as I didn't see a few of the pairings.

Jen, this is so much fun. Thanks for doing it!
